Interact Leadership Training Seminar 2009 (ILTS)

I was so looking forward to go for the Interact Leadership Training Seminar (ILTS) this year.
It is a small workshop where the Interactors from the 9 schools sponsored by the Rotary Club of Pudu gather together to learn about our duties about being an Interactor.

ILTS DAY ONE

Zhe people.

We had five assignments.
Assignment One, which was to form a Church Choir.

Then we had to sing either the Interact Song or the national anthem, Negaraku.

Pudu Girls School was the first to volunteer.
They sang both the Interact song and Negaraku.

We also sang both the Interact song and Negaraku, with a little bit of twist, of course ;)

Assignment Two and Three was to plan a Community Service Project and an IU Day using H20SL (Hygiene, Health, Water Sanitary and Literacy)
Assignment Four was to write a report about the Community Service Project and an IU Day.
Assignment Five was to plan a yearly planner.

The assignments was rather though because we had limited time to complete them.
We had approximately 1 and a half hour to complete each assignment.

ILTS DAY TWO

On the second day, we were divided into groups according to our posts.
After that, it was the Interact Award Giving Ceremony.
There are 7 Awards in total namely Best Club Service, Best Financial Management, Best International Understanding Project, Best Community Service Project, Best Funding Project, Most Innovative Club and Best Interact Club.

Here are the results,

After the ILTS, Bala, Marcus, Shin Wei, Bill and myself decided to go to Starbucks to chill.
We were also attracting unwanted attraction because we were in our school uniform. Lol.
